As Summer is winding down so are most of my flowers in the garden. My dahlias, however, are in full bloom. I noticed some white ones mixed in as I drove in the driveway this morning and remembered I had just purchased this perfect tall white pitcher. I love it's shape and think the flowers look lovely inside it. Enjoy! xoxo K.
I'd like to share a blog that is fairly new to me and I'm so glad I stumbled upon it. I love Susan from Evelyn and Rose's style. She shares lots of photos of her home and recent projects. Please take a moment to stop in and see what she's been up to:-)
I love these wings she made and am going to try and make some for Christmas time.

I love the dahlias, Kathleen. They still look perky. My flowers are fading, too.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for hosting.

What other beautiful color can carry us through each of the seasons like white can, Kathleen? :) It can be fresh and airy as well as cozy and inviting. Love your photos, as usual!

ReplyDeleteI am so jealous! I have never seen white dahlias and I love yours. My Mom always grew dahlias....huge ones. After seeing your white ones and thinking of Mom's red ones, I think I must plant some. I have a thing for the angel wings too and may follow your lead and make some too. Now where is my list with the 1 million other projects I want to do written on it? xoxo
